How to Draw Chucky from the Child’s Play Movie Series
For fans of the horror genre, Chucky from the Child’s Play movie series is an iconic character. Chucky is a possessed doll with a killer personality. It might seem difficult to draw a character like Chucky but it is actually not that hard. All you need is a little bit of patience and some basic knowledge of sketching and drawing. With these, you can easily create your own Chucky drawing.
Step 1: Drawing the Basic Outline
The first step to drawing Chucky is to create the basic shape. Start by drawing a circle for the head and a long rectangle for the body. Make sure that the head is slightly bigger than the body. Then draw two triangles on each side of the body to represent the arms and two more triangles at the bottom for the legs. You can also draw two small circles for the eyes and a curved line for the mouth.
Step 2: Adding Details to the Outline
Once you have the basic outline, you can start adding details to the drawing. For the face, draw two vertical lines to form the eyebrows and draw an oval shape for the nose. Then draw two curved lines for the cheeks and two small circles for the ears. For the body, draw vertical lines at the top and bottom of the rectangle to give it the appearance of clothing. Draw a line around the arms and legs to give them a more three-dimensional look.
Step 3: Finishing Touches
The last step is to add the finishing touches to the drawing. Draw a line down the center of the face to create the appearance of a face mask. Then draw two buttons on the chest of the body, and draw a few creases along the arms and legs. Lastly, draw two small dots for the eyes and add some color to your drawing. You can use a red or orange crayon for the overall body and a black crayon for the eyes, nose, and mouth.
Now you have a finished drawing of Chucky from the Child’s Play movie series. With a little bit of patience and some basic drawing skills, you can easily create your own Chucky drawing. There are plenty of other horror movie characters you can draw, so why not try your hand at drawing them too?
