Gather Your Supplies
Before you can start drawing the iconic Superman S, you’ll need to gather up some supplies. You’ll need a pencil and a piece of paper. It doesn’t matter if the paper is blank or lined. It’s also helpful to have a pencil sharpener and eraser close by in case you need to make any corrections. Draw the Basic Shape
To draw the basic shape of the Superman S, you’ll want to start by drawing an oval. This will be the outline of the S. Make sure that the oval is slightly longer than it is wide and that the sides are curved.
Once you have the oval drawn, you’ll want to draw a vertical line down the middle of the oval. This will be the center line of the S. The line should start at the top of the oval and go all the way down to the bottom.
Now, you’ll want to draw a horizontal line across the middle of the oval. This will be the middle line of the S. The line should start at one side of the oval and go all the way across to the other side.
Finish the Superman S
Now you’ll want to draw two curved lines, one on each side of the vertical line. These lines should start at the top of the oval and curve down to meet the bottom of the oval. Make sure that the lines are curved and not straight.
You’ll also want to draw two curved lines, one on each side of the horizontal line. These lines should start at one side of the oval and curve up to meet the other side of the oval. Again, make sure that the lines are curved and not straight.
Now you have the basic shape of the Superman S. You can add some details to make it look more like the iconic symbol. You can do this by adding some small circles or lines to the sides of the S.
Colour It In
If you chose to draw the Superman S on coloured paper or with pencil crayons, you can colour it in. The traditional colours for the Superman S are red, yellow and blue. You can also add some white details to make it look more like the iconic symbol.
If you chose to draw the Superman S on a large canvas or a wall, you can use chalk or markers to colour it in. You can also use spray paint to add a bit of colour. Just make sure that you have permission from the owner of the wall before you start spraying.
Show Off Your Work
Once you’ve finished your masterpiece, you can show it off to your friends and family. You can also hang it up on your wall or post it online for everyone to see. No matter how you choose to show off your work, you’ll be proud that you were able to draw the iconic Superman S.
