Steps to Draw Luxray
Drawing Luxray, the Electric-type Pokémon from the Pokémon franchise, can be a fun activity for Pokémon fans to engage in. Whether you’re a novice artist or a professional, learning how to draw Luxray is a rewarding experience. Luxray is a rather simple Pokémon to draw, so you should have no problem creating a decent representation of it.
First, you will need to draw the basic shape of Luxray. Begin by drawing an oval shape with a slightly curved line at the bottom. This will form the head and body of Luxray. Next, draw two small circles at the top of the oval for the eyes. Then draw a curved line extending from the oval and ending with a point, which will become the tail. You may also draw a curved line at the base of the oval for the hind legs.
Next, draw the details of Luxray. Draw the ears on the top of the head, and draw lines extending from the eyes to the ears. Draw triangles on the ears to give them a more realistic look. Draw an oval inside each eye for the pupils. Draw curved lines extending from the eyes to the nose, and draw a triangle for the nose. Draw curved lines for the mouth, and draw curved lines extending from the mouth to the chin. Finally, draw two lines extending from the hind legs to the back of Luxray.
Now that you have completed the outline of Luxray, you can add colors to your drawing. For the most part, Luxray is a blue-gray color. You can also add white to its eyes, nose and mouth, and yellow to its ears and tail. You may also add some red to its hind legs and fur to give it a more realistic look.
Drawing Luxray with Accessories
If you want to make your Luxray drawing look more interesting, you can add some accessories to it. One popular accessory for Luxray is a pair of sunglasses. To draw the sunglasses, draw two small circles at the top of the head, and draw a curved line extending from the circles to the eyes. You may also draw a small rectangle underneath the eyes for the frame of the sunglasses.
You can also draw some other accessories such as a scarf or a hat. To draw a scarf, draw two curved lines extending from the neck of Luxray and ending at the bottom of the head. You may also draw a curved line at the bottom of the scarf for the fringe. To draw a hat, draw a curved line extending from the top of the head and ending at the back of the head. You may also draw a curved line at the bottom of the hat for the brim.
Adding Textures and Finishing Touches
Once you have completed the outline and colors of your Luxray drawing, you can add textures to make it look more realistic. To add textures, use a pencil to draw small, curved lines all over the body of Luxray. This will give it a fur-like texture. You can also add some shading to the drawing by using a darker color of pencil to draw curved lines in the darker areas of Luxray.
Finally, you can finish your Luxray drawing by adding some finishing touches. You can draw stars around Luxray, or draw some lightning bolts in the background. You may also draw some grass or trees in the background to give the drawing more depth. Once you are satisfied with your drawing, you can color it in with the colors of your choice.
Drawing Luxray doesn’t have to be a difficult task. With a little bit of practice and patience, you can create a realistic representation of this popular Pokémon. So grab your pencils and paper and get started!
